so i weighed myself tonight…it’s my own fault…i didnt go to the gym saturday or sunday and drank a lot of beer and ate a shwarma and pizza at 3 am last night… i just get so frustrated… i desperately want to be thinner but i constantly sabotage my progress… i really need a new method… that doesnt include eating doritos, oreos and a snack pack… like i just did
another week starts tomorrow i guess!!!

Only 19 more times to go and this becomes a habit! the gym i mean. i promised myself today that when i lost 10 lbs i can buy whatever i want at lululemon…YEAHH wish me lovvvve… i like the word love better than luck… so im changing it.
i had a great day yesterday. ate well, 45 mins on the ellipticle. it helped that i had O magazine with me…. the time flew by..Oprah’s articles are SO interesting. i hate working out with boys tho… so i still have not lifted weights with them… which means i am only doing cardio, which is really not good enough! Is there a cheap place in Ottawa that sells cheap free weights? i need to figure out how to add some friends to this thing… i am really interested in so many cool blogs, but i have no idea how to add them… i am still figuring this all out!
today has started out well. just sitting at my desk eating cheerios!!
this weekend will be really hard. My good friend M is coming back into town from Sweden and we are planning a big party to welcome him back that will last 2 days! lots of boooooze uhoh
ok so i did only have two fajitas – 6 points
but i ended up having 2 9 oz glasses of wine = 6 points…oops
and i pretty much inhaled 2 huge bowls of those delicious chips, mmm,
my housemate works there and gave me the wine, i couldnt say no!
She also gave us 50% off our bill, i love her. which means, since the food was basically free, did the experience even happen?

I also started bad this morning… BLT for bfast at 8 points
HOWEVER, i will only have 4 points at lunch, 2 for a snack and then go to the gym and work off 3
Dinner: salmon, only 2 points! and brussle spouts
i also need to figure out this blog thing i am so lost,
how do i add my friends???

i have 12 points left for dinner and E and I are going to Lonestar !! yumm
i figure i can have
1 glass of wine = 2 points
2 fajitas= 6 points (no or little sauce)
then i have 4 pointss left for the tasty chips!!!!! wish me luck
no gym today, i forgot about the dentist, yuk

i did it! maybe it was only for 30 mins, but i still went. my gym is CRAZY busy, so i couldn’t use the treadmill and used the bike instead. i cam home and had fish for dinner but ate 2 of my activity points.. i really wanted dessert! tomorrow’s menu looks delicious and low in points. I am also headed back to the gym after work tomorrow.
tomorrow’s goal – 45 mins cardio and some weight training… i just really hate working out with boys, i miss women’s only!!!

hello world! this time i mean it
i have been up and down and all around with my weight the last two years and i am eager to get back down to 132 lbs, which i weight two years ago. i hate exercise, but i am trying that too…. tonight in fact..eeeeeeeyuk. i am also a member of weight watchers (WW) which is what i used to lose weight the first time…i really love the program, but don’t go to my meetings when i am failing… like the last two weeks. but i thought, maybe this time, if i expose myself to the world then it will be easier. we will see. i am just figuring this place out and i am very confused, however, very excited. i will try to post my current pic as soon as possible, again.. wish me luck
