i did it! maybe it was only for 30 mins, but i still went. my gym is CRAZY busy, so i couldn’t use the treadmill and used the bike instead. i cam home and had fish for dinner but ate 2 of my activity points.. i really wanted dessert! tomorrow’s menu looks delicious and low in points. I am also headed back to the gym after work tomorrow.
tomorrow’s goal – 45 mins cardio and some weight training… i just really hate working out with boys, i miss women’s only!!!
