so i weighed myself tonight…it’s my own fault…i didnt go to the gym saturday or sunday and drank a lot of beer and ate a shwarma and pizza at 3 am last night… i just get so frustrated… i desperately want to be thinner but i constantly sabotage my progress… i really need a new method… that doesnt include eating doritos, oreos and a snack pack… like i just did
another week starts tomorrow i guess!!!
